I received IDI training through JJIC and it was extremely informative as well as a wonderful, interactive way for healthy self-reflection.

I had the experience working with Jennifer and Josie through the IDI training session in my department. They made us feel comfortable disclosing ourselves to share our own true stories, while pushing us to think beyond the box. Their ability to create a safe space for honest conversations is phenomenal. I wish the session was longer.

It was fortunate that as part of my work, I was involved in intercultural workshops with Jennifer and Josie. Our group sessions empowered us to discuss how our collective approaches were helpful to the organization, and where we had opportunity for improvement. Our individual coaching sessions allowed me to dive deeper into my own belief system and how it impacted my professional actions. The training felt inclusive, safe, and collaborative and it led to greater understanding and authentic growth as individuals and as a team.
