Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory. As a youth, Jennifer was eager to study abroad but found the experience to be isolating. She dedicated herself to better understanding language and culture as well as welcoming newcomers, so that she could improve the experience of adaptation for everyone. In her careers in employment services and international education, she continued to see the need for more support for newcomers to Canada as well as for organizations and communities which receive them.
You’ll find Jennifer ripping up mountain bike trails, carving ski tracks, paddle boarding in Lake Superior Provincial park, or relaxing with the sounds of nature.

Julie is an Immigration Services Specialist, File Assistant, & Outreach Coordinator at iCA who is also studying at Algoma University, working on her Bachelor's in Community, Economic, and Social Development in hopes of building a stronger community in Sault Ste. Marie and better her understanding of intercultural relations.
She has worked predominantly in the food and hospitality industry which has allowed Julie to gain experience working with people from many different parts of the world and learn about many of the struggles foreign nationals can face when immigrating and adjusting to a Canadian lifestyle; Hearing many of these stories from her friends and colleagues is what sparked her passion for advocating for newcomers to Canada, especially within the workplace.
Victoria is an Immigration File Assistant, with a Bachelor in International Relations and she is now pursuing her Post Graduation in Global Business Management at Sault College. Back in 2018, she had the opportunity to live in Canada for 4 months while studying at MUN in St. Johns, Newfoundland through an academic mobility program. She fell in love with the country and decided to return, now permanently. During her planning years, she dedicated herself to studying the Immigration process and procedures and she knew that she could help guide more people who had the same dream as her.
Other than talking about immigration, Victoria loves to travel and prepare desserts, presenting a little piece of Brazilian cuisine to her friends in Canada.
